PROACT SEARCH, INC., is a full-service retained executive search and management consulting firm, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide client-focused, results-oriented services in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring the highest standards of professional performance and integrity throughout an assignment. Our associates have been engaged in executive placement work and in management consulting for over twelve years, with our associates conducting between 20-30 searches or consulting assignments per year. We dedicate our efforts to a small number of simultaneous projects in order to devote full attention to each client’s needs.
We serve clients from the private sector, governmental agencies, not-for-profit organizations, foundations and school districts across the country. Our specialty areas include school executive and not-for-profit association executive searches, board governance, organizational development and training, human resource consulting.We serve our clients through our professional staff and through more than twenty associates and joint venture partners across the United States who participate in the various activities involved in an executive search or consulting project.
We have successfully recruited and consulted in a broad range of fields including: financial and information services, manufacturing, utilities, legal, healthcare, insurance as well as education and the not-for-profit sector. The kinds of positions include: presidents, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, general managers, vice presidents, school superintendents, department or executive directors and other high level executives.
