All information about your search or organization will remain confidential, unless we are asked by you to make disclosures required by law.  There are no hidden costs.  We will price our services on a percent of the executive’s first year base salary, on a fixed fee or an hourly basis.  Invoicing arrangements and expenses will be defined prior to initiating the assignment and tailored to meet the needs of your organization.
