we are asked by you to make disclosures required by law.

There are no hidden costs. We will price our services on a percent of the
executive’s first year base salary, on a fixed fee or an hourly basis.
Invoicing arrangements and expenses will be defined prior to initiating the
assignment and tailored to meet the needs of your organization.

We ensure
a good fit and guarantee the results. If the new executive leaves the organization within one year, we will re-do the search for expenses only; with
no additional professional fees.
